Return & Exchange Policy
Return Policy:
We have a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including box and pouch). Returns must be initiated within this period to be eligible.
Exchange / Replacement Policy:
Replacements or exchanges, including those due to sizing issues, will be delivered within 4–5 business days, subject to product availability.
Final Sale Items:
Please note that all purchases made during sale events are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange Instructions
To initiate an exchange, email us at dharmaraomj@gmail.com. Exchanges will be accepted only if the item is:
- Unworn
- Free from any signs of wear or damage
- In its original condition with tags still attached (if applicable)
- Returned in full original packaging (box and pouch included)
The parcel must be handed over to the carrier before the return window expires.
Important:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original and any additional shipping fees will not be refunded. If the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria, Sri Vijaya Durga Pearls reserves the right to deny the return and re-ship the item back to the customer.
How to Start an Exchange
Send an email to dharmaraomj@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order number (or the original purchaser’s name and email address)
- Return shipping address
- Email address linked to your Sri Vijaya Durga Pearls account
We will issue a return label and provide further instructions.
Note: Original shipping fees, duties, and/or taxes are non-refundable and will not be included in any credited amount.
Repairs
Our jewelry is crafted with precision and delicacy. We recommend handling each piece with care to preserve its design integrity.
If your jewelry breaks, we’re happy to assist. Repair charges start at Rs. 500 (excluding shipping) and may vary depending on the extent of the damage.
For online orders, please include clear photos of the damage in your email so we can assess and guide you accordingly.
If the damage occurred during shipping or is due to a manufacturing defect, and you notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images, we will repair the item free of charge.
Note: Repairs are not available for discontinued designs or items purchased more than 6 months ago.
